We offer free freight on orders over $200 shipped via ground with our preferred carrier within the continental United States. Ninja Transfers count toward the $200 order minimum. Please note that this offer excludes Oakley's oversized travel bag (92060AODM).

Local Pick-Up (Will Call):

All S&S Activewear warehouses offer local order pick-up (will call). Warehouse hours vary by location, please visit the warehouse page for your preferred location to confirm its opening hours. Local pick-up orders placed after cutoff will be ready for pick up the following business day.

Hold at FedEx Location (Flex Express):

FedEx Hold at Location (Flex Express) allows you to ship your goods to a FedEx pickup location instead of your office or warehouse for a flat rate fee of $9.99 within the lower 48 United States.

This option is available for orders containing 5 boxes or less and provides savings, convenience, and security. Benefit from flat rate shipping on orders that don’t qualify for free freight, pick up your shipment when it’s convenient for you instead of waiting at your office, and protect your package from theft and the elements.

During checkout, you’ll be able to choose from a number of FedEx pickup locations near you to pick up your order. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, shipping costs are determined by FedEx’s current rates and will appear at checkout.

2026 Distribution Center Transition Updates:

S&S Activewear will close the Harrisburg, PA; Duluth, GA; Dallas, TX; and Bolingbrook, IL distribution centers in 2026 as we streamline our network. This transition will reduce split shipments, improve accuracy through automation, boost on-time performance, expand SKU availability, and lower emissions.
